Does this work with every link?+
Not every time. YouTube Shorts usually work, but Instagram sometimes blocks link imports. If a link doesn’t work, Retemplify will tell you clearly and you can upload the video instead.
Does an AI invent the cuts or tempo?+
No. Retemplify measures the real picture and sound in the video. If something can’t be measured clearly, Retemplify tells you instead of making up an answer.
Can I edit the result?+
Yes. Retemplify Studio lets you replace each shot with your own footage, trim and reorder clips, change speed, and add transitions, text, filters and music. When you’re done, save or share the finished video. You can also continue editing in FreeCut.
Does my replacement footage upload?+
No. Videos and music you add in Retemplify Studio stay on your device. Your finished video is uploaded only if you choose Save to my Retemplify library.
How long do you keep my video?+
The original video you analyze is kept for 7 days and then deleted. Your template and Studio edit stay in your account. Videos you add while remaking stay on your device.
Do credits expire or renew automatically?+
No. Purchased and welcome credits do not expire, and credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring billing. One completed analysis uses one credit; a failed analysis releases its reserved credit.
Can I request a refund?+
Contact support with your payment reference. A wholly unused purchased credit pack may qualify for a full refund; partially used packs are reviewed individually and are not automatically refunded.
Is it my responsibility to have rights to the video?+
Yes. You’re responsible for having the rights to any video you use with Retemplify, as explained in our Terms. Retemplify is not affiliated with any platform.
